Kathy has a Bachelor of Science in Education, and a British Horse Society Stage III instructors certification in Equitation, Stable Management, Horsemastership, Minor Ailments and Instruction.

She has been riding, showing and training horses since 1978. She trained intensively in England with the British Horse Society from 1991-1994, and gained her BHS degrees during that time.

She now focuses on Dressage and Eventing in Michigan.

She served on the Board of Directors for the All Dressage Association (ADA) from 1995-2003, and has been serving on the Board of Directors for The Eventing Association of Michigan (TEAM) since 1996.

She shows clients horses USDF, USEA, TEAM and ADA, and teaches beginner through intermediate students.
