Teaching and Training Dressage and Eventing
Certified by the British Horse Society
Kathy instructs clients whose interests lie in Dressage and Eventing. Her focus is on balance of both mind and body through traditional lessons, seat lessons and cross training.
Kathy has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Eastern Michigan University, and a British Horse Society Stage III instructors certification in Equitation, Stable Management, Horsemastership, Minor Ailments and Instruction.
She has been riding, showing and training horses since 1978. She trained intensively in England with the British Horse Society from 1991-1994, and gained her BHS degrees during that time. Kathy now focuses on Dressage and Eventing in Michigan.
Kathy currently serves on the Board of Directors for the All Dressage Association (ADA), and has also served on the Board of Directors for The Eventing Association of Michigan (TEAM).
She shows clients horses USDF, USEA, TEAM and ADA, and teaches beginner through intermediate students.
